# Privacy Policy — O-NEXT

The short version. O-NEXT keeps your idea and your journey on your own
phone. We do not run servers that store your data, we have no accounts, we
show no ads, and we sell nothing to anyone. Two things leave your phone, and
only when you choose them: your voice when you tap the microphone, and your
messages if you add your own AI key.
## Who we are

## What the app stores, and where
Everything you enter — your idea, your one-liner, your quests and their notes,
your Blue Ocean grid, your compliance board, your funding tracks, your journal
and your conversation with the agent — is written to your device's own app
storage. It never leaves the phone unless one of the two cases below applies.
Because there is no account and no cloud copy, we cannot see your data, and we
cannot recover it for you if you lose your phone or uninstall the app.
## 1. Voice input (only when you tap the microphone)
If you use the microphone in the Agent tab, O-NEXT asks Android to convert your
speech to text using the speech recognition service already installed on your
phone. Depending on your device and settings, that service may process the
audio on the device or send it to its provider (usually Google) under their
privacy policy, not ours. O-NEXT does not record, store or transmit audio
itself — it only receives the text back. If you never tap the microphone, the
app never requests audio.
## 2. AI conversation (only if you add your own key)
The core of O-NEXT — the next-move engine, your road, the compliance board —
runs entirely offline on your phone. Free-form conversation with the agent is
optional and off by default.
If you enter an AI provider API key in Settings, then when you send a message
the following is transmitted to that provider so it can answer: your message,
the recent conversation, and a summary of your venture (your name as entered,
idea title and one-liner, sector, city, customer, current stage, progress, open
compliance items and funding totals). That data is handled under the AI
provider's privacy policy. Your key is stored only on your device. Remove the
key at any time and the app returns to fully offline operation.
## What we do not do
- No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
- No analytics or tracking SDKs.
- No selling or sharing of personal data with third parties.
- No location collection.
- No contacts, photos, files or call data.
## Permissions the app asks for
- Microphone — only to dictate a message to the agent. Requested the first
time you tap the mic, and refusable.
- Internet — only to reach the AI provider when you have added a key, and
to open the links in Settings.
## AI-generated content
When you enable conversation, replies are generated by an AI model. They can be
wrong. O-NEXT gives general guidance on building a business; it is not legal,
tax, accounting or investment advice, and the compliance board is a tracking
aid, not a legal determination. Always confirm regulatory matters with a
qualified professional.
If a reply is ever offensive, harmful or seriously wrong, long-press it in the
Agent tab and report it. Reports reach a person at bluebird.ai.agent@gmail.com and we act
on them.
## Children
O-NEXT is built for adults starting businesses. It is not directed to children
and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
## Deleting your data
Open Settings → Erase everything to wipe the idea, the journey and the journal
from the device. Uninstalling the app also removes all of it. Since we hold no
copy on any server, no further request to us is needed — but if you want
confirmation, write to us and we will answer.
## Security
Your data sits in the app's private storage area, which Android isolates from
other apps. Network calls to the AI provider use HTTPS. No system is perfect,
and a rooted or compromised device weakens these protections.
## Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and note
the change in the app's release notes. Continuing to use O-NEXT after a change
means you accept the updated policy.
